The Woodvale Reception Centre is the ideal venue for your special occasion, whether you are celebrating your birthday or engagement with 50 friends, training 30 of your employees or toasting your wedding day with a lavish party for 200.
We have a series of room hire, catering and beverage packages available, however our functions team also love to create custom packages to suit your tastes and budget. We pride ourselves on providing the very best service there is to offer and ensuring attention to details, so that your event is memorable for all the right reasons.

FUNCTION ROOM HIRE
One large newly renovated room, which can also be separated by a sound proof dividing wall to create two unique and versatile spaces each with private entrance, bar and bathroom facilities.
The complete set up of your room is included in the cost of room hire! We set up your tables according to your plan, provide white or black linen, a dance ﬂoor, gift table and cake table. Let us know your colour scheme and we will decorate the room with matching centerpieces, napkins, candles, sprinkles and balloons. If you want to achieve a really special look then we can also provide chair covers, ﬂoral arrangements, ceiling drapes, extra balloons and more for an extra cost.
WEDDING RECEPTION VENUE
Our experienced functions team can arrange a package that suits your personal requirements. We believe in giving you, our guest, the ﬂexibility to arrange your big day the way that you want it! We will work with you to organise the perfect reception so that you can focus on the important part… relaxing and enjoying your special day with friends and family.
The cost of venue hire includes complete set up of the room with table linen, centrepieces, tea light candles, paper serviettes and printed menus. We will also provide a plain skirted bridal, gift table and cake table in this cost, if you would like fairy lights and our bridal skirt then an extra cost applies. We are happy to put out any bonbonnieres, place cards, wishing wells or extra decorations that you would like to provide. Chair covers, ceiling swag, fairy lights and more available at an additional cost.
Pick from our range of popular buffet, ﬁnger food and set menus or give us your budget and let our chefs create a custom menu especially for you. Your choice of a beverage package, cash bar or bar tab is available too.
