A Perfect Venue for your Special Day

By purchasing a food and drink package we include a full Wedding set-up for free, saving you thousands! Our Special Reception Packages include three Set menus and three buffet menus. We also have several drinks packages. Please be assured that The Woodvale Reception Centre has a wonderful reputation for its great food, and very personal attention to detail.

  • What’s Included?

  • A bronze backdrop for your Bridal Table (Function Room 2 or Both Rooms only)
  • Free Table Set Up, Serviettes and Table Centre Pieces: Choice of 6 free table centre pieces placed on mirror plates with tea lights. (Alternatively, you might want to have your own centrepieces)
  • Disabled Toilets with Baby Facilities
  • Large inbuilt Jarrah dance floor
  • Disco Balls
  • Private Bar

  • Optional Extras

  • $150 for Box Bridal Skirting covered with Tulle, and a matching Cake Table with a beautiful Bridal Arch placed over it. Both tables has the option of Fairy Lights
  • Optional: The staging is $50 per block. You will need one block for approximately every 2 people on the Bridal Table
  • Optional: Extended Trading Permit to have your party till 1am is $100($200 Sundays & Public Holidays)
  • White or black chair cover with bow $5.00 each (black, white red, chocolate & silver coloured bows)
  • Table runners $10.00 each (black, red, silver & chocolate)
